Get in shape at any age without a boring diet

Staying fit at any age.

I'm 42, and I try to stay fit, and have stayed fit my entire life.
.
Some of the things that I do to stay fit is, I run 3 miles everyday. I workout and lift at least 3 days a week.
.
I do want to increase that to increase my strength training to build up my muscles.  I also only take one to two days off a week, but that's what I do to stay fit and stay in shape at my age and at any age.
.
Things that you can do for yourselves is, whatever your goals are to get fit or staying fit, write them down.
.
Write them down either in your phone or a journal and write them down for yourself.
.
If you want to exercise more or workout so many days a week, if you have to put it down in your calendar to fit it into your schedule because you have a crazy schedule, do that.
.
If your wanting to eat healthier, download myfitnesspal.com and keep track of the foods your eating and how many calories your consuming because that is a free app.

I do eat healthy, but I also eat things that I want and I enjoy.
.
I eat chicken, asparagus, fruit, vegetables, salads, but if I want that piece of cake, Ill get that piece of cake, or if I want a couple of cookies,  I limit how much and how often I have those things, because at the end of the day I want to look a certain way,  i want to stay fit, and still feel good about myself, because I want to feel healthy and look healthy.

These are just a few things I do to stay fit.

Again, you all can stay fit at any age. It doesn't matter when you start or if you've been doing it for a long time.
